Turkish furniture exporters to the Netherlands

911 Turkish furniture and interior-trade firms list the Netherlands among their export markets — the largest published list of its kind. 169 have a company page with their location, trades and full market list.

Selling into the Netherlands

The Netherlands took $149m of Turkish furniture in 2025, 3% of the total and 2% more than in 2024, which makes it the seventh largest market on the Ministry of Trade’s figures. Türkiye bought $13m of furniture back from the Netherlands. Across all goods, Turkish exports to the Netherlands were $8.15bn in 2025, down 4.9%.

Goods reach it by road and by sea. The Netherlands was the sixth largest destination for Türkiye’s road exports in 2025, at $3.20bn, and the seventh largest by sea, at $4.21bn. There is no customs duty: the customs union has removed duties on industrial goods since 1 January 1996, and the paperwork is the same as for Germany, set out at germany.

The Dutch rule on top of the EU rules is language. Labels must be in Dutch — other languages may be added — and compliance can be checked at any stage of distribution, so a label fixed at the warehouse is still the supplier’s problem if it is wrong. The EU rules are on our pages: GPSR at gpsr, the deforestation regulation at eudr, the formaldehyde limit at eu formaldehyde, and CE marking at ce marking and furniture. The EU packaging regulation has applied since 12 August 2026, and the EU’s ecodesign work programme schedules product rules for furniture in 2028 and mattresses in 2029.
